2 spoons cooking oil
For the Rice:
3 cups basmati rice
6 cups water
2 bay leaves
4 green cardamom
4 cloves
1 cinnamon stick
Other Stuff:
2 big onions
2 tomatoes
2 green chilies
½ cup cilantro
½ cup mint
3 spoons cooking oil or ghee
A pinch of saffron in 2 spoons warm milk
1 teaspoon salt
